ArtWorks ADL: Justice, Advocacy & Art

When: September 17, 2013 6:30 PM
Prominent Los Angeles artists have volunteered their time and talents to produce works of art inspired by the Anti-Defamation League’s Centennial theme, Imagine a World Without Hate™.  The powerful art will be exhibited and auctioned off at ArtWorks ADL:  Justice, Advocacy & Art™ on September 17. This reception and auction will bring together Los Angeles artists and those dedicated to ADL’s fight against anti-Semitism and bigotry of all kinds. ArtWorks will be held at the Beverly Hills home of major art collectors Jeanne and Tony Pritzker.

ArtWorks will showcase inspiring and unique works from leading Los Angeles-based artists, including paintings by Gary Baseman, Bruce Cohen, Nate Frizzell, Zhenya Gershman, Andy Kolar, Dan McCleary and Ed Moses; mixed media pieces by Craig “Skibs” Barker and Herakut; sculptures by Brad Howe and Soraya Sarah Nazarian; and photographic works by Kim Abeles, David Familian, Ken Gonzales-Day, Zackary Drucker and Rena Small, who is donating a photograph of Jean-Michel Basquiat's hands from her series depicting hands of famous artists.
