Each year during Aspen Food and Wine, Aspen magazine creates a unique tasting experience outside the Grand Tasting Tent. This is an opportunity for prominent locals to enjoy a smaller venue while sipping the great Wines of Greece, munching on custom crafted bites and mingling with some of the finest chefs in the US.
This year the Aspen Experience showcased the incredible state of the art showroom of VIA/Paragon. Guests throughout the day enjoyed bites from four renowned Grand Cochon chefs under a tent with Wines of Greece, Aspen Brewing Company, and Suerte Tequila.
