Glowdry now offers a braid of choice—from French to fishtail—along with any regular blowout or updo appointment, on its own or as part of its mobile On the Glow service, where stylists come to you within a 15-mile radius from the salon. $15-$30 for in-salon, $70-$120 for On the Glow

Urban Tangles’ braid menu includes three-strand, Dutch, waterfall and lace braids, among other styles. You can add hair for a fuller look for an additional fee. $15-$120 for in-salon, $65-$175 per person for on location

The Braid Bar at Brock Cassidie Salon brings you everything from sassy braided styles for your bachelorette party to more formal braided updos for your wedding. $15-$65 and up for in-salon, add a $30 travel fee for mobile services within 10 miles and an additional $10 per 5 miles
