Diana and Chris stole away for a couple-only shoot with photographer Cory Weber on the lawn outside the Harbor Point Casino pre-cocktails. Lake Michigan provided the turquoise-hued backdrop for the day—and the wedding’s color scheme.

Post-ceremony, guests joined the newly married couple for a parade down Main Street to the yacht for an afternoon cruise on the lake.

The couple
St. Louis natives Diana and Chris met through friends during a Fourth of July weekend away. Their mutual love for Cardinals baseball, classic rock and adventure sealed the deal.

The details
After agreeing to a more intimate celebration, the couple invited their nearest and dearest to Harbor Springs, Mich. (where the groom’s family has a summer cottage), for their “I Do’s.”

The party
Catering by Kelly’s provided the locally sourced fare featuring morel mushrooms, sweet cherries and planked whitefish, while Chicago Symphony Orchestra musicians, including electric violinist Katarina Visnevska, and DJ Megan Taylor of Fig Media brought down the house.
