The Couple
Sherra Dunklin and Arkansas state Rep. Eddie Armstrong had their first date over cocktails. A year and a half later, Eddie proposed in a glam fashion while Sherra was perusing loose diamonds in the back vault of a local favorite jewelry store.

The Details
For their destination wedding, planned by Big City Bride, the couple brought Arkansas to Chicago with a razorback cake by Amy Beck Cake Design.

The Party

Four food stations (Southern, carving, small plates and sweets) offered tasty eats, while ZZAJÉ and Grammy-nominated MC Lyte kept things lively.
