Guests are invited to the most exclusive chef, fine foods and wine event of the year! Chef's Table, presented by Jenn-Air, is a celebration of CS Magazine's July Restaurant Issue and kick-off to DIFFA's Dining by Design Gala on the Penthouse level of the Reid Murdoch building. Chicago's best chefs have been invited to cook their finest dishes on premiere Jenn-Air test kitchens.
This amazing event will showcase the finest dishes by Chris Macchia of The Florentine, Chris Pandel of Balena, Frederico Comacchio of Coco Pazzo, Jaques and Hasty Torres of Jacques Torres Chocolates, Jared Van Camp of Nellcote, Jess Deguzman of Sunda, Mindy Segal of Hot Chocolate, Rodelio Aglibot of E+O, and Thai Dang of Embeya.
Guests will enjoy specialty cocktails created by mixologist, Adam Seger of Balsam, Hum & Truffe Amere. Jenn-Air and CS will also be auctioning off some amazing packages that will 100% benefit DIFFA Chicago. DIFFA Chicago is a not-for-profit foundation that provides funds to Chicago area HIV/AIDS service agencies that provide education, services and outreach to people with HIV/AIDS or those who are at risk.
