Join the Park Hyatt for a “Quintessential Coq au Vin” dinner in the Wine Cellar of Park Hyatt Chicago to indulge in one of the most classic French dishes in the repertoire of French cooking and also a personal favorite of your very own, Ryan LaRoche, Executive Chef of NoMI Kitchen.
Guests will be treated to an intimate dinner featuring some of Chef’s favorite French home fares paired with ooh, la, la French wine from NoMI Kitchen Sommelier Chad Ellegood.
Teaming up with Alliance Française de Chicago, dinner will be complemented with a mini French language lesson. Taught by La Sorbonne-trained teacher, Geoffrey Ruiz, guests will learn key phrases surrounding French dining etiquette, such as ordering that perfect bottle of wine, all en français! Bon Appetit!
