On Tuesday, November 5, Roka Akor Chicago invites guests to taste and discover Pinot Noir and Chardonnay straight from its native home in Burgundy, France with award-winning winemaker, William Fevre & Bouchard. Each wine will be expertly paired with a mouthwatering dish from Executive Chef Brett Vibber in an exciting seven-course dinner, featuring:

Course 1:
Kumamoto Oyster with yuzu shaved ice with ikura & fruit pearls
New Bedford Diver Scallop with oscietra caviar & white truffle
Wine Pairing:
Henriot Blanc de Blancs Brut, Champagne

Course 2:
Tuna Flight Sashimi with hon maguro, chu toro, toro & o toro
Baby Tobiuo Two Ways with sashimi and tataki
Premium Modern Nigiri

Course 3:
Lobster Claw with green tea gyoza, lemongrass coconut broth, tobiko

Heritage Pork Loin Roulade with robata smoked bacon, shiso, and umeboshi
Wine Pairing:
William Fevre Valmur Grand Cru, Chablis 

Course 5:
Maple Leaf Farms Grilled Duck Breast with braised cherry, pickled chantrelle mushrooms & charred frisee
Wine Pairing:
Bouchard Pere et Fils Premier Cru, Pommard

Course 6:
Strube Ranch Wagyu Short Rib with plum wine reduction & caramelized Asian onion
Wine Pairing:
Bouchard Pere et Fils Lenfant Jesus Premier Cru, Beaune

Assorted Sorbet
