THE PARTY The international set gathered for the Azerbaijan America Alliance’s gala dinner to celebrate a culture and country geographically wedged between Russia and Iran. THE PEOPLE Guests included members the Obama administration and the diplomatic corps. Sen. Saxby Chambliss, Sen. Richard Burr, Rep. Dan Burton and House Speaker John Boehner were also in attendance.
