Outdoor dining and shopping destination Mosaic District hosts yoga sessions on Sunday mornings with a Flow Boost class in Strawberry Park. Every Tuesday evening this summer, National Harbor hosts free yoga sessions as part of its Waterfront Fitness on the Plaza series. Instructors from WillPower Funtional Fitness take you through the paces of relaxation and help you get into the perfect pre-dinner posture. Follow it up with a relaxing meal at Old Hickory Steakhouse, featuring crafted cocktails and artisanal cheese from the restaurant’s custom cheese cave.
