1. Poste Moderne Brasserie and Bar
Hello, sunshine! Through the end of June, Poste at Hotel Monaco offers health-conscious patrons the chance to soak up some vitamin D with its Pilates on the Patio series. 3. Mosaic District
Outdoor dining and shopping destination Mosaic District hosts yoga sessions on Sunday mornings with a Flow Boost class in Strawberry Park. Mosaic beckons fitness fanatics with its free yoga classes, as well as healthful but heavenly brunch options, like the homemade pop tarts at Ted’s Bulletin or the brand-new True Food Kitchen, opening later this summer, from famed health guru Dr. Andrew Weil. 4. Penthouse Pool Club
VIDA Fitness’ Penthouse Pool Club welcomes fitness fanatics bright and early for its Summer Sunrise series on select Saturdays through October. Every Tuesday evening this summer, National Harbor hosts free yoga sessions as part of its Waterfront Fitness on the Plaza series. Instructors from WillPower Funtional Fitness take you through the paces of relaxation and help you get into the perfect pre-dinner posture. Follow it up with a relaxing meal at Old Hickory Steakhouse, featuring crafted cocktails and artisanal cheese from the restaurant’s custom cheese cave.
