Add a French twist to your Christmas Eve at Bistro Vivant in Mclean. Newly appointed Executive Chef Katie Busch is preparing a three-course prix fixe menu for lunch and dinner, including enticing options such as Almond-crusted lemon sole with haricot vert and parsnip purée; prime filet mignon with roasted heirloom baby carrots, pommes macaire and sauce aux poivre; and, of course, Buche de Noel with maple mascarpone, ginger, coconut and mango for dessert.
