The Story
It began at a party for Calia’s sister, when a Philosophy Club pal introduced the art consultant to her future financial-analyst groom, and culminated with Peter’s proposal in Beijing.

The Details
Claudia G. de Velasco of A Day to Remember helped the artsy couple create an Asian-French fusion theme with blue and white accents, including Ming vases and vintage, blue cut-glass votives with tea lights.

The Party
The multicultural affair packed a crowd-pleasing Phlash Phactory photobooth and performances by The Bayou Funk Experiment, Lee’s Golden Dragon Dance Troupe and vocal appearances by the groomsmen and Calia’s grandmother and father, who sang mariachi.
