The Setting These boys sure know how to throw a party. Brother duo Raja and Ravi Ratan welcomed hundreds of well-dressed young men and their equally fashionable better halves to fête the opening of their new concept store: one half Q Clothier’s James Bond fare, the other half a clothing mecca for James Dean fans. The Scene With master mixologists behind the store’s full-fledged bar serving up specialty cocktails such as the signature “51Fizz” and yummy bites via Max’s Wine Dive, it was no surprise partygoers were flowing into the street. Reigning over the DJ booth was none-other than Lucy Wrubel, commemorating the night with a custom crown of silk ties, wobbling precariously with every dance move. The Crowd Swaying to the tunes was a rowdy crowd that included Sajna and KT Ratan, fun and affable parents of the co-owners, along with friends such as Dub Davis, Bernard Underwood, Benji Homsey, Chris McCullough, Teri and Brent Lob, Gretchen Darby and more. Later into the night, the party continued in the store’s outdoor candlelit lounge to enjoy hand-rolled cigars (custom blends rolled on-site) and more drinks for a barlike hangout.Photography by Steve Wrubel
