SMALL
CONCORD FIFTY FIVE
Exposed-beam ceilings characterize this stunning, raw space. Enter the venue through a landscaped courtyard complete with seasonal foliage. At 2,000 square feet, the main room features original brick and floor-to-ceiling windows. HIGHGROUND
This private event space, adjacent to Paramount Events’ other new property, The Lakewood, is bright and airy, ideal for showers, rehearsal dinners, bridal brunches and pre-wedding preparations. Highlights include a fully stocked wet bar, chic lounge furniture, and TV package and AV system. MOTOR ROW GALLERIES
Located in historic Motor Row, this vintage loft boasts 18-foot ceilings, crystal chandeliers and 100-year-old tile floors. Vintage lounge furniture, tables, chairs and china add to the ambience. There’s also programmable LED lighting and separate couple’s lounges. On-site catering is available along with the ability to bring your own alcohol. THE BUILDERS BLDG

This DineAmic Group venue brimming with classic details is within steps of the Chicago River. The Builders BLDG, built in 1927, has a soaring barrel-vaulted ceiling that hovers over the marble-floored main ballroom and second-level atrium (perfect for cocktail hour or chef stations). The venue, which has gorgeous beaux-arts flourishes, can accommodate 250 guests for a seated dinner or up to 750 guests for a cocktail reception. CONRAD CHICAGO
With a rooftop deck overlooking Michigan Avenue, a two-story atrium and several venue options, the Conrad Chicago can accommodate wedding events both large and small while offering stunning city views from any vantage point. THE LAKEWOOD
Open and modern, The Lakewood provides a blank-canvas backdrop and flexibility for versatile floor plans. SHAPIRO BALLROOM
See your name in lights on the marquee of the historic Alvin Theatre in West Town. Hidden inside is the Shapiro Ballroom, an elegant space with 20-foot-tall ceilings and an open layout with two large rooms, as well as an in-house florist, a coat-check area, a bridal dressing room and a professional-grade sound system. LARKIN HALL

Opening soon, the three-story, 80,000-square-foot Larkin Hall, catered exclusively by Blue Plate Catering, has multiple highly customizable spaces. A standout is the glass-enclosed rooftop with views of the skyline that can accommodate 300 guests for a sit-down reception. RENAISSANCE CHICAGO O’HARE
This venue, just off the Cumberland Blue Line stop, recently completed a $6.5 million propertywide renovation offering modern design. The upgraded 5,000-square-foot ballroom is a stunning space with a sophisticated, chic design, unique light fixtures and subtle touches that give the space a feeling of elegance and luxury. Slated to open in April, the venue is in a historic landmark building built in 1936 as the Chicago Illinois Automobile Club.
