Wine country chemistry

Best of bridal season

Bridal season: the time of year when you’ll have to pick from dozens of events and expos filled with unfamiliar, unpredictable, and potentially unpolished vendors (and pushy bridezillas who try to cheat in the free honeymoon raffle by guarding the ticket box). It can be a little overwhelming. Lucky for you, we’ve done some curating and found the best bridal events this season, starting with The Lab Event this coming Saturday at the beautifully rustic Cline Cellars in Sonoma.

Erin Taylor of Bustle Events, the creative mastermind who designed the dreamy wine country tablescape in the style feature of our Spring/Summer 2012 San Francisco Brides issue, Allison Silber of the popular website Engaged & Inspired, and Yasmin Zialcita Ali of Floral Theory (whose bouquets graced Taylor’s tablescape) are the talents behind this refreshing take on the bridal fair. You'll have a chance to discuss your vision with our favorite wine country vendors in a relaxed setting (read: no aggressive sales reps). Check out Fox & Fawn Bakehouse for vegan treats, Sharla Flock Designs for beautiful floral displays, and Silvana DiFranco for stunning wedding photography (also seen in the latest San Francisco Brides). Get ready to bring your Pinterest wedding to life with this handpicked collection of industry pros.
