With only 20 seats up for grabs during one seating, the three-hour experience begins in the bar with cocktails and bites, followed by a chef’s choice tasting menu filled with gourmet surprises. 2. Prado

3. CopperWynd Resort & Club
Ring in the New Year than en plein air and soak up panoramic views of the McDowell Mountains and Sonoran Desert—Gatsby-style. CopperWynd’s “Roaring ’20s” party on New Year’s Eve boasts live music, dancing and gourmet fare from Flourish.
