Get ready to travel back in time with Meehan's Public House in Sandy Springs for the Roaring Twenties New Holland Gourmet Dinner. Chef Brian O'Rourke of the
Sandy Springs pub and chef Val Domingo of Meehan's Vinings have joined forces to prepare a menu complimented by beer and cocktail tastings from New Holland Brewing. For $50 per person, guests will enjoy a wonderful night filled with a five-course meal, two beers, three cocktails and live jazz music.

"Meehan's hosts a number of beer dinners throughout the year, but Val and I wanted to do something different," says chef Brian O'Rourke. "By teaming up with New Holland, and playing off the roaring 20s theme, this dinner will be unlike other any other."

Chef O'Rourke and chef Domingo will kick off the dinner with Stuffed Squash Blossoms (roasted with goat cheese, zucchini, lemon, fresh herbs and garlic crostini) paired with the Full Circle Kolsch Beer. The second course will feature Endive Nicoise (salad of seared tuna, haircot vert, heirloom tomatoes, nicoise olive and port boiled eggs, in endive cups with red wine basil vinaigrette) accompanied by the White Hatter Belgian Pale Ale. Next, guests will indulge in Steak Tartar (minced eye of round, preserved oyster mushrooms, red onion, fresh thyme, egg yolk and rye toast points) with the
pairing of a Martinezmade with Knickerbocker Gin. The fourth course of Sweet Tea Vodka Brined Pork Chop (truffled potato gratin, fricassee of smoked pork belly, asparagus tips and red and gold cherry tomatoes) will be served with a Poet Oatmeal Stout cocktail. For the final course of the night, guests will satisfy their sweet tooth with Deconstructed Black Forest Cake (Calvados whipped cream, brandy and cherry chutney) and a Beer Barrel Bourbon Old Fashioned cocktail.
