The celebrated singer and composer, who tends to his wild garden in Montauk when not ensconced in his Manhattan or Toronto homes, will perform at the Perfect Earth Project’s Biennial Family Picnic & Concert, held at Cindy Sherman’s East Hampton home Sept. 3. Here, he submits to a proper Beach grilling.
