1. Dolce Italian With locations in Miami and Chicago, this impressive restaurant featuring flavors a la Rome is the perfect spot to nosh on a thin-crust pizza any night of the week. 2. 1KEPT Kitchen & Bar This hidden Buckhead gem may not be famous for its pizzas, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t amazing. Look for the section labeled “flatbreads” on the extensive menu for one wild culinary ride on a cracker-thin crust. Our favorite? 3. Ecco From the owners of South City Kitchen, La Tavola and Lure comes Ecco, a season European restaurant that’s serving up delicious Mediterranean fare. The entire menu is truly to-die-for, but the chef’s wood-fired pizzas are a must-try. Opt for the Gorgonzola dolce ($16) if you like your pie a little sweet.
