As principal designer of Space Defined Interior Design, this busy gal also makes time to serve as president of Designs for Dignity, which renovates and furnishes spaces for nonprofits.
It empowers me to... wear my hair back. I want my eyes to show, especially when we’re talking to the clients who are being served by Designs for Dignity. We really want to understand their needs, and looking someone in the eyes makes that connection.
My secret weapon when it comes to fashion is... my daughter. She’s always been so fashionable. If she pulls something out for me, she’s always spot on. And because she’s young, she’s focused on what looks good and feels good on. She’s less about brands and logos.
My fashion philosophy is... I like to show my strength. I usually wear sleeveless tops and fitted pieces. I feel best in a great pair of flats and moving at a high rate of speed.
