Say salud to Cinco de Mayo at LAW at Four Seasons Dallas.

Bravo, LAW at the Four Seasons Dallas! The Smoked Margarita is a fitting beverage for a Cinco de Mayo toast to the anniversary of the Mexican victory at the Battle of the Puebla—or, for that matter, a cause for celebration any day of the year. Created by head bartender Edwin Hernandez, the signature cocktail of the restaurant at the posh Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas begins with housemade triple sec crafted from brandy imbued with orange in a four-day maturation process. Agave syrup smoked in-house over pecan wood adds a sweet, earthy note to Patrón Silver tequila, fresh-squeezed citrus juices, a touch of orange bitters and that special triple sec. The finishing touches? The margarita arrives in a glass bearing a light scent of pecan wood smoke, rimmed with citrus zest and salt, and artfully garnished with edible flowers and charred wheels of lemon and lime. The libationary feast for the eyes, nose and taste buds is the perfect kick-off for chef de cuisine Johan van Niekerk’s menu of tasty cuisine, which features the best of provisions from the land, air and water of Texas; hence the name LAW.
