One of Dallas’ chicest restos rolls out a new cocktail menu.

When Grange Hall added Thursday-night dinner service in September, it also added a playful new bar menu. The ladies-who-lunch spot turns darker and moodier at night, and the specialty cocktails—served in a variety of carefully chosen glassware—are the perfect boozy complement to favorite menu items such as the ever-popular Snob Sandwich. Among the knockout new sips on offer: the Square Peg, a combination of La Favorite Rhum Vieux, Medley Brothers bourbon, Cocchi di Torino and Hamilton Pimento Dram poured into a faceted highball glass; the floral-adorned Wallflower, a mix of Champagne, violette, vanilla and orange blossom; and the smoked cherry-garnished Modern Translation, which combines Smoked Tea tequila, genepy, maraschino and lime. The happy hour crowd—and those not lucky enough to snag a dinner res—can pair their drinks with upscale bar bites such as caviar grilled cheese. 4445 Travis St.
