Best Local Band: Kontraband Muzik
Local musicians Nate Davis and Davey Heritier continue to wow audiences throughout the Southeast and beyond with their original tunes and clever covers. They’ve opened for everyone from Usher and CeeLo Green to Ludacris and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, and will launch their second European tour this month playing jams from their latest EP, Tonight’s the Night. Best Local Athlete: Kyle Korver
Although he’s a California native, this ubertalented 33-year-old Hawks shooting guard is our fave Atlantan on the court. And although we love the entire Eastern Conference champ team, our true devotion is to #26. @kylekorver

Emmy Award-winning sportscaster Ken Rodriguez continues to light up the silver screen on FOX 5. From covering the Super Bowl to the World Series, Rodriguez serves up slam-dunk reporting each and every time. @krodfox5

While he’s always making us LOL with his witty commentary, Weiss’ true talent lies in giving back with his nonprofit, Bert’s Big Adventure, where he and co-founder Stacey Weiss take children with chronic or terminal illnesses to Walt Disney World for a five-day trip full of Disney magic. @bertshowbert
