Ready to break a sweat? At these high-end hotels, you don’t have to be a guest to work out inside their state-of-the-art gyms.

Attitude Fitness
InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown offers three month-to-month membership options for nonhotel guests (from $99). Perched on the seventh floor with views of downtown’s skyline, Attitude Fitness is equipped with the Technogym Artis Line, including Skillmills, a Skill Rower, Vario ellipticals, a sauna and a steam room. Other perks include access to the pool, group fitness classes and exclusive hotel discounts.

Exhale
Exhale at the Fairmont Miramar Santa Monica offers fitness and spa membership programs (from $155 per month). Among the member benefits are signature Exhale Barre classes, yoga and high-intensity interval training (aka HIIT). The fitness center is also outfitted with Peloton bikes and features monthly events like Halloween Candlelit Yoga.

SIXTY Beverly Hills
At SIXTY Beverly Hills, nonhotel guests can join the ranks of Hilary Swank and Mark Wahlberg by throwing punches with resident trainer Danny Musico (from $150 per hourlong session). The world-renowned boxing champion shares that Above 60 is the only hotel gym that he knows of that offers a full-scale boxing wall and highlights The Frog full-body resistance trainer used by NFL teams and an Alpine Runner treadmill with built-in virtual-reality workouts (such as hiking Mount Everest) as standouts.
