Sweat your way into spring with these fresh fitness finds.

Amanda Kloots
Steal toning tips from Rockette and Broadway alum Amanda Kloots as she shimmies her way into various Equinox locations across Los Angeles for a limited pop-up series this month. Scores of sweat junkies will be flocking to her NYC-tested classes, which include The Rope—yes, we’re talking 55 minutes of intermit rope jumping—and The Body, where Kloots’ signature choreography is combined with strengthening mat moves.

Lagree Fitness Studio
Short on time? Head to the new Lagree Fitness Studio in Westwood Village for a 25-minute burner on the Supra—the only machine in the world to include both incline and tilt. As the single patented workout in L.A., celeb devotees like Jennifer Aniston and Nicole Kidman have been following the method for years due to its ability to burn up to 400 calories in under a half-hour. Expect to squat, plank and crunch your way to a leaner bod via the machine’s digitally controlled resistance-based platform system.

Shadowbox
Make like Million Dollar Baby and punch your way to a peak physique at NYC transplant Shadowbox, arriving this month at DTLA’s The Row. Motivating music and dark lighting set the mood for the studio’s signature 45-minute throwdown, which teams no-contact shadowboxing and heavy bag work with body weight exercises. A total knockout, indeed.
