A beautiful partnership between COS and Dia Art Foundation was cause for celebration.
THE PARTY A creative crowd of artists, actors and stylists descended upon Kayne Griffin Corcoran’s expansive gallery on a cool L.A. evening to celebrate art-minded clothing brand COS and its partnership with Dia Art Foundation. THE SCENE Guests, including Kate Mara, Jaime King, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Bettina Korek and more joined COS Head of Communications Atul Pathak for a magical evening centered around Dia featured artist Mary Corse’s work. After exploring the gallery—which also featured macabre paintings by David Lynch—and enjoying cocktails, canapes and music on the lawn, partygoers sat down at a long table for an elaborate meal. THE HIGHLIGHTS The ambiance alone was of note, as were the inspiring speeches by Corse and Pathak. “We are thrilled to be continuing our partnership with Dia Art Foundation in the United States and celebrating the work of Mary Corse,” Pathak said. “It is an honor to support an organization that has always been the source of such inspiration for our collectors.” Supper by Sqirl, served family-style, included long-cooked chicken with preserved lemon and turmeric-braised tomato; one-year miso glazed Santa Barbara black cod; and roasted winter squash with cumin green sauce.
