Briogeo founder and beauty groundbreaker Nancy Twine takes a scalp-to-soul approach to wellness.
Briogeo founder Nancy Twine takes a clean approach to both her own haircare line and her personal routine. “Our products focus on repair, scalp treatment, curl care, volume and frizz-control,” she says of the collection that includes standouts like Sephora’s best-selling Don’t Despair, Repair! category as well as the Scalp Revival line and cult classic Cooling Conditioner Jelly. “I do a lot of meditation and yoga at home,” she says, along with high-intensity workouts at Equinox, SoulCycle and Taryn Toomey’s The Class, which she calls “phenomenal—a real mix of meditation, cardio, and strengthening, and I loved the flow of the class.” Here, the wellness devotee shares her clean and stay-lean beauty and wellness routine.
