Sept. 18 is National Cheeseburger Day! Celebrate the occasion by biting into one of these patties.

1. Three’s Company
Bâoli may be famous for its My Boyfriend Is Out Of Town Wednesday night parties, but the restaurant’s wagyu sliders trio ($29) is just as popular. The three mini cheeseburgers feature Australian Akaushi wagyu beef, caramelized onions, quail eggs and aged manchego cheese. 1906 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, 305.674.8822

2. Best Batch
Neighborhood bars often have great food, so it should come as no surprise that Batch Gastropub boasts one of the best cheeseburgers in Brickell. The Batch Attack ($22) is made with prime beef brisket, Batch B1 sauce, maple-smoked cheddar, candied bacon, onions caramelized in whiskey and a mac croqueta—all inside a brioche bun with a side of truffle fries. 30 SW 12th St., Miami, 305.808.5555

3. The Classic
Other sandwiches don’t stand a chance when they are pitted against the eight-ounce sirloin burger ($21) from Bistro One LR. The cheeseburger is topped with aged cheddar, tomato, lettuce, bacon, pickled onions and avocado. The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach, 1 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, 786.276.4000

4. Patty Posh
Burger aficionados have a deep appreciation for the gourmet selections and custom creations that the BH Burger Bar offers up. For an unmatched experience, only the foie gras burger ($42), a decadence marked by gouda, gold-leaf foie gras, tomato jam, black truffle, a secret aioli sauce and organic butter lettuce, will do. The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort, 9703 Collins Ave., Bal Harbour, 305.993.0711

5. Decadent Dining
Sugar Factory American Brasserie is not all about the sweets. Case in point: the Big Cheese ($19). This grass-fed angus beef patty is topped with a heap of creamy mac and cheese and smoked Applewood bacon, and served with barbecue sauce on a toasted brioche bun. There’s also the Bacon Cheeseburger Milkshake ($20), made with everything from whipped cream and candy bacon strips, and topped with a cheeseburger slider. We don’t make this stuff up. 647 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, 305.674.6670
