Pizza from Restaurant Michael Schwartz at the Raleigh

City for Display:

The Raleigh
After the addition of Restaurant Michael Schwartz, the Raleigh is where it’s at these days. By just bringing a group of eight or more to the eatery for lunch or dinner during the months of June through September, you’ll receive a complimentary cabana in Oasis and a magnum of Château D’Esclans Whispering Angel Rosé. MENU MUSTS Grilled octopus and braised lamb shank or any of the pizzas available. WHERE 1775 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, 305.612.1163,

Bianca takes diners to Italy via the cuisine of chef Luciano Sautto, who sticks to the classics, but adds some of his own flair with a completely new menu for summer. Carb-phobics need not stay away. The eatery offers a pasta-free fish special every night. MENU MUSTS Crispy risotto fries, seafood squid ink tagliolini and grilled big-eye tuna. WHERE 1685 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, 305.674.5752,

The Dutch
Does a summer day really need anything more than bourbon, beer and barbecue? We don’t think so and neither does The Dutch. The American restaurant is bringing back last year’s wildly successful Bourbon, Beer and ’Cue series this summer, which, true to its name, serves grilled specialties Texas style. MENU MUSTS Smoked beef brisket with Texas slathering sauce, Texas-style barbecue turkey and homemade pickles. WHERE 2201 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, 305.938.3111,

Sardinia Enoteca Ristorante
Executive Chef Pietro Vardeu has somehow merged Mediterranean and Italian fares together to make Sardinia one of Miami Beach's most favorite neighborhood restaurants. On Tuesday evenings in June and July this summer, the eatery is offering prix-fixe lunch and dinner menus along with 40 percent off discounts on select bottles from its primarily Italian wine list. Lunch is served seven days a week from noon until 4pm and dinner is served from Sunday through Thursday from 4pm to midnight. MENU MUSTS Diver scallops wrapped with guanciale, homemade rigatoni and spaghetti vongole with baby clams. WHERE 1801 Purdy Ave., Miami Beach, 305.531.2228,

Florida Cookery
This place shows nothing but love for locals with a farm-to-table menu of Florida-centric dishes. Now through Labor Day, Miamians can enjoy FC’s new seafood-driven summer menu along with half off select spirits, wines and brews. The deal runs seven days a week from 4 to 11pm. Complimentary valet parking is included. MENU MUSTS Watermelon habanero ceviche and Gulf shrimp brochette with tamarind glaze. WHERE 1545 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, 786.276.0333,
