With over 30 years of experience, Chef Javier Plascencia is best known for using only the freshest ingredients from the fields, farms and the sea of the Baja region. Throughout his career he has launched successful restaurants in the US and Mexico such as Misión 19, Finca Altozano, Bracero and Finca La Divina. His most recent project is the 2017 opening of Jazamango in the quaint, surfer town of Todos Santos just north of Cabo San Lucas.
