Spring awakening is a time for renewal and Chef Nathan Lingle and his team plan to do just that for guests with a three-course Earth Day Dinner created from à la minute products from his valued local farmers, ranchers and purveyors. Guests will awaken their palate and choose one of three first-course options, one of three entrée selections and one of two choices of desserts.
