Available by reservation only Thursday through Saturday, this exclusive four-seat, five-course dining event at Lido Marina Village's Nobu features incredible cocktails, petite portions of sashimi, wagyu and local vegetables, and a sampler-size dessert trio to round out the evening. $85 per person

A five-course tasting menu held at Mix Mix Kitchen Bar’s chef counter gives six guests an up-close view of the kitchen.
