BCRF’s annual Hot Pink Luncheon & Symposium had attendees tickled pink.
THE PARTY Shades of pink covered The Breakers—more so than normal—in honor of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation’s Palm Beach Hot Pink Luncheon & Symposium, where Palm Beach’s biggest philanthropists, socialites and more showed out in support of finding a cure for breast cancer and to learn more about the disease and how to prevent it. THE GUESTS Hosted appropriately by ever-fabulous Palm Beach resident Aerin Lauder—Lauder’s aunt, Evelyn Lauder, founded BCRF almost 25 years ago—joined by Joan Lunden, discussed how influential the community support has been to the organization. Guests were treated to a fashion-forward show featuring Neiman Marcus Palm Beach’s beautifully colorful collections. THE HIGHLIGHTS “This year’s incredible 1 million in funds for BCRF—$1,074,625 million to be precise—puts us closer to the finish line than ever before,” said BCRF honorary co-chairman Leonard Lauder.
