Outside Lands' Food Lineup Packed with Greatest Hits

The annual festival returns with a ton of good eats.

Outside Lands bills itself as “the world’s only gourmet music festival,” and while that description may carry a hearty whiff of self-congratulation, it’s also deserved. The eight-year-old festival, which returns to Golden Gate Park August 5–7, brings with it a roster of 80 restaurants, 40 wineries, and 28 breweries. Local establishments all, they include San Francisco favorites like Bini’s Kitchen, Señor Sisig, Merigan Sub Shop, 4505 Meats, Namu Street Food, Del Popolo, Sababa, Three Babes Bakeshop, Split Pea Seduction, Charles Chocolates, Azalina’s, and Humphry Slocombe. They’ll be accompanied by Outside Clams, a new crustacean concern from Woodhouse Fish Co. that will sling lobster rolls, clam chowder, and oysters. It bears pointing out that there will be music, too, but really, if you’re reading the Eats section, we know where your priorities lie.
