The Oval Room is amping up the adventure with the debut of its new Tuesday night menu.

Summer Tuesdays are here for the season thanks to The Oval Room. That’s because the restaurant has introduced its new Test Kitchen Tuesday menu. Created by executive chef Bryan Moscatello and available from 5:30PM till close, the three-course, prix fixe lineup rotates weekly and lets diners experience the unexpected on their plates, with creative techniques and ingredients aplenty. His inspiration, he says, is “whimsy, fun, youth and discovery.” Indeed, guests will sample everything from the rabbit liver pâté—complete with truffle, apple, brandy and brioche, and available July 31—to the crostada di ricotta, all amid the establishment’s 12-seat lounge or luxe landscaped patio.
