The Men of the Moment bash toasted five gents who are making their mark right now.
THE PARTY DC magazine feted this year’s Men of the Moment honorees with a party that spoke to their past, present and future innovations. Held at the Pearl Street Warehouse music venue at District Wharf (a trendsetting spot in its own right), the evening boasted a design theme that combined modern grunge with chic flair (the pub’s marketing team donned brilliant red hues to match) and kept guests moving and shaking with a menu of mini sliders, tater tots, fried ravioli and deviled eggs; and cocktail and tasting stations from VIDA Tequila. THE PEOPLE The gentlemen were the true VIPs—Tamon George and Warren Weixler (his Swatchroom donated a photo booth) were in attendance, and Juan Coronado, F.P. Santangelo and Marcus Loevenforst were toasted in spirit. Cheering their success were names like Kelly Collis, Lacey Faeh, Mark Del Rosso and the team from Compass, the event’s sponsor. BEST IN SHOW In keeping with the rocking vibe, the soiree sounded off with entertainment from Blame It on Jane. The band covered everything from classic tunes to new hits—and pumped up the crowd for what comes next.
